Use warm water and a gentle detergent, caressing the glass with a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry or gently polish with a lint-free cloth. Please avoid sudden temperature shifts to protect the delicate nature of our hand crafted designs.

To arrange a replacement, email us at customerservice@stemwarestudio.com.au within 7 days of receipt with the following: an overall photo of the broken glassware in its original packaging, a close-up showing the damage, and a clear image displaying both the break and any engraved initials. For safety reasons, please do not return the broken glassware. Once we review and approve your photographs, we’ll promptly contact you to organize a replacement and ensure your STEMWARE STUDIO experience remains exceptional.
